Unify has a great vibe and kevin keeps things humorous and fun through the process. Couldn't be happier with how it came out.

My experiencing was disappointing. I went in to talk about a tatt and spoke with Natalia who asked me to just go on line and fill out their form. Based on what I wanted, Kevin would be the best choice. So I did. She said with 24 - 48 hours I would be called and consult with Kevin. After more than a week, nothing and only after i sent in another email checking in did I receive an email explaining system was overloaded but Kevin said he can’t do that design. Really? No conversation, no consultation, nothing, just can’t do it. The man does some of the most complication designs I ever seen and money wasn’t an issue. Should have been handled better.

After booking an appointment, and paying the 100$ deposit, my appointment was then rescheduled due to the artist deciding to attend a convention on the day/time we had slotted. Seeing as the next available appt was 2+ months out, after already waiting for a 6 weeks I decided to cancel. After initially refusing to refund the deposit due to his scheduling error, it was finally agreed that would be done. It’s been 2 weeks since this conversation and at this point the principal of the deposit is over with. The owners were great upon initial conversation however this whole ordeal has just been terrible.
