This location has recently enforced a Bag Check/Hold policy. Customers are no longer allowed to walk around in our store with any backpacks, large bags, and bags. Any backpacks, large bags, and bags being brought into the store must be kept behind the counter or taken back to the car. The regional and store managers have been notified of your experience and will be speaking with the staff.

We apologize, but brick-and-mortar retail prices cannot compete with Amazon's pricing and as far as our adult retail competition, we are cheaper. We are a retail establishment and would hope that all reviews would be on real shopping experiences at our shop; not about drama between friends of a former employee. Still, we will be looking at all employees at our West Burlington location to get to the bottom of what is happening.
