I had an appointment at 7:15am so that I did not have to be late to work, got inside the lobby at 7:06am, it was 8:00 am and still waiting. I was able to walk inside and complained to an employee and he was not helpful at all, other employees there were not helpful either. Next time I'll show up as a walk in, it is faster. I always go as a walk in and be out in 20 minutes. This time I scheduled an appointment and it has been not a pleasant experience. Now I'll be late to work.
