i am never one to leave bad reviews, and i’m not gonna say “i’m never coming back” because honestly they don’t care, and that’s the problem. the lady before us was yelling at the girl working the drive through, and i’ve worked in fast food, so i understand, i figured i’d give her the benefit of the doubt. so, i was kind, and the manager CONFIRMED my order with me. by mouth. so now, i go to open my bag, and it’s the completely wrong order. two receipts, though. she gave me the person behind us order. this isn’t even a staff issue anymore. it’s an owner issue. your store is dirty, ants and flies everywhere, then the drive through speaker is broken, so we can’t hear anything your staff saying. i’m certified in health and safety, and if i was your inspector, this place would’ve been shut down a long time ago. if you keep it up, your business is going to fail. be better, you’re going to make someone sick.
