I interfaced primarily with Danielle the moment I walked in the shop, but the other 2 store personnel (Jay and Jennifer) behind the counter helped both Danielle and myself in finding out if the tile I'd selected was actually in stock in the store so I wouldn't have to wait for it to be ordered. And while my transaction was not HUGE in terms of the scope of my project (enough tile for a partial shower stall repair), I was given great care and some very valuable instruction as to the type of grout(s) needed for my project which involved a plainer tile accented by a much more expensive mosaic accent tile used for striping. My experience here today in terms of basic customer service (hugely lacking, sadly, in many other shopping experiences) was ***stellar***!

Working with Jennifer was a treat. Loved the range of selection available in the store. She got a sense of what we wanted, as well as our budget, and lead us to several selections and tile styles for our consideration. The purchase was completed in no time! Delivery and service during installation were also great. Can't say enough about how easy Jennifer made this part of our renovation!

Because we are still rebuilding from hurricane Michael I am used to waiting months for anything. I found my tile at The Tile Shop in Jax. Jennifer was amazing. I don’t think “no” is even in her vocabulary. My tile was delivered super fast. It is of high quality and definitely beautiful. I recommend this company whole heartily. 2/10/2022 1:35pm. Husband and I went into store, we looked around for about 5 minutes or so before we left. We left because not 1 person said as much as HELLO! At least 3 associates in store, one in front corner and 2 at desk chatting. How do businesses stay open when you will not speak to a guest? Cannot recommend.
