Exiting the year 2020, I knew I needed to relocate to a place with a sense of community. The Eastdale Village Apartments has clearly established that foundation here. They have made it a point to include the little extras that make life convenient. Enjoying all these wonderful amenities within walking distance is an added bonus to my already beautiful apartment. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the property is immaculately maintained. I couldn't be more content with my decision to become a resident here.

We ran into Eastdale Village Town Center while looking around for a place in Dutchess County. We came for a Spring event in 2021 and were sold after seeing the place. We committed to the deal in July 2021 and were told of the readiness of the apartment on 02/01/2022. The notification came late December that the apartment is ready and we can begin to sign up for all the necessary things. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the move-in date. The staff especially, Paula and Samantha were amazing, courteous, and highly professional in all our dealings. The beauty and rate of this place is rare to find. We love it and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thanks to everyone on the team. Keep up the good work. Joseph.

Eastdale is much more than just an apartment complex. It offers comfort, convenience and community all in one place. The new upgraded apartment space gives you the perfect foundation to create your very own home sweet home, and the many amenities such as a pool, fire pit, and bocci ball court await right outside your door. Walk a bit further and you will have the option to grab a bite to eat at the various eateries Eastdale has to offer and view some of the local specialty stores that lie within the Eastdale village. What sets this establishment above and beyond all others is the community that comes along with your residency. Rather it be your neighbors, or the on call staff there is always someone there to help with any need big or small. The residents are extremely friendly and the staff is always accommodating. During the warmer months the Eastdale village extends their community by hosting events such as “Second Fridays”, “Pop-ups”, and “Fairs”. It is definitely a place worth exploring as they are always adding new local businesses, events, etc, and if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to live here I highly recommend you take advantage of it!
