What a terrible experience …. I really tried but after trying way too hard to get a chair brought up to the store , I gave up … the owner will not call you back and is completely disorganized … I brought a chair to the store and they would not take it because the owner was not there. Then I call and they told me “we put you on the schedule, call back to know when you can bring the item to the shop” . That was already a lack of professionalism right there…I called 3 times and they were not able to find me or answer on when I can bring the item for repair. What a waste of time and lack of courtesy …

Debby and her fabulous team of talented ladies do excellent work. They had to rebuild the sofa that I brought in from the ground up. This did not deter this dedicated team. They worked wonders with it and worked with me to the last detail. I highly recommend this shop. They do excellent work and are just the finest upholstery business to be found. Thank you ladies for the awesome work you did for me.
