Well I rented a twin mattress from these ppl 3 days ago. As I tried to sleep on it I could feel the s prings pushing into my back. For 500$ you'd think they'd have better quality items made items!! So I called them today and the woman asked if I had back problems n I said yes. So she said to me that mattress tearsup ppls backs.dhe also said she'd call me back. Mind you I called her it's is now 2 pm and still no phone call she's ignoring me now. Think I'm calling the B.B.Band few other calls ⁷
