It appears the hotel was renovated in the past year. All rooms and common areas are very clean and modern. I used points to stay for free. Room was very nice, staff was friendly and the hotel is right off of Rt 81 so very convenient for a layover/passthru when traveling.

Nice size room and very clean. The staff is super friendly too. And you can't go wrong with their free continental breakfast. My only complaint about this hotel is that the floors and walls seem to transmit sound very easily. I could hear the other guests above walking across the floor and using their bathroom. I could also hear the guests on either side of me; enough so that I was able to understand their conversations. And believe me, I'm not a nosy kind of dude. LOL. I wasn't actively trying to over-hear the other guests, I just could and it was immediately noticeable.

Our stay started out great. Check in was a breeze, the reception man was so sweet. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The price was great for it all. We went to a local diner for dinner. The food was amazing. After waking up and going downstairs for breakfast, it all changed. We were forcefully talked to (nearly yelled at) by the breakfast lady who proceeded to tell me that we weren't allowed in without gloves (really?? That's what we are worried about?!). My son, who is 8 years old and not going to be touching anything, had to stay out of the breakfast area unless he wore gloves as well. I was told we "will infection the area." Let's be real, unless it is purely organic food, it's already infected. After fighting with her, we put on the ridiculously obnoxious and slippery gloves. She then followed us around the entire area, wouldn't let us look at anything without her commentary, and treated us as though we were criminals ready to steal a free pancake. We barely got anything to eat (1 pre-made omlete, 1 sausage Patty, 1 banana, and 2 ham slices) for the 2 of us. We went to get OJ, and the cups were slipping out of gloved hands. We took them off, and she about had a fit. The food, by the way, was cold, gross, and we ended up throwing it out. There was nothing else in the entire stay that was "covid conscious," and this was absolutely absurd. We will not be returning to this location, nor recommending it to any of our friends and family. Because of this woman, and the company's policy allowing her to behave this way, you have lost possible reoccurring clients. What a shame.

Very new and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Beds were perfect not too hard, not too soft. One of my more enjoyable hotel experiences.

Check your signal level? You might be in a room that doesn't have good wifi coverage. Telling the front desk might at least alleviate the problem for future customers.
