DOES NOT HONOR REFUNDS. EDIT FOR RESPONSE BELOW: The refund they claim has gone through within 10 days has not. It looks like they issued me an email receipt TODAY 8/2/22 for the refund of 57.53, for a refund that was supposedly processed 3 weeks ago. HOWEVER my account still doesn't reflect the refund NOR any pending transactions (if the refund was sent in today, it will show as pending tomorrow and I will update to reflect that). END edit. After a near complete DOA experience with less than 48 hours in transit, Purely Poultry agreed to a complete refund that was to come through in two parts. One for 57.53 and one for 40.91. Only one part came through (40.91) and they have been ignoring all my attempts to reach out about the other, larger refund. I can view all pending refunds to my card and it's simply not there. Very unhappy and do not recommend.

I've had a great experience with Purely Poultry. We ordered ducklings and the order experience was great. Sandy in customer service was an amazing source of information and the communication during shipping was excellent. Sadly our order went absolutely all wrong, however, the team at Purely Poultry was there for us along the way and made sure everything got worked out. I'm really glad to have them as a resource as we are learning how to raise ducks.

I purchased black ameraucana baby chicks. VERY HAPPY with their service and product. To my surprise, I received 2 extra chicks. All chicks are healthy and very active.

I tried to place an order online close to there scheduled maintenance time. The website even had a banner warning me about the maintenance down time. Hello, I just talked to Amber at Purely Poultry and she said they do not offer local pick-up at this time but they are working towards making that an option for more local customers, hope this helps!
Hi Rosa, We ship all ducks except call ducklings, however you CAN purchase adults when available. The laws and testing for inter-state movement of the call ducklings specifically are different between us and just a few states. We are unable to provide the testing required between the two states due to our configuration of being many farms instead of one large hatchery. The rules change every season, however, and we always want to ship to everyone so are always working on this. Watch for for your state to be approved soon.Thanks so much! Warm Regards, Shannon

I doubt they do you can look on there site it lists everything they sell at purely poultry you can look up ostrich hatching eggs if that is what your looking for unless it's to eat then you go for ostrich eggs or something
We do not allow pick up. The birds would be shipped to your local post office.
