Eta update-Months after the initial tech visit, Mark comes out, and says the initial tech was wrong. The flow switch that we have been waiting months for is not needed. Mark says our system is “finicky”, and unique. The original tech didn’t know what the problem was, so he ordered a part off a guess, and then that work order was “not entered into the system”, “misplaced”, or “entered into the system incorrectly”, depending on which time Mark was explaining the issue. We are now back at square one, but Mark says he can fix it today—in July—when his tech came in April to fix it. Abysmal pool service, and even worse customer service. A tech came to service my pool in April. It’s July, and nothing has been done. I was told they needed to order a part in April. Upon inquiry today they reply that they are “looking into it”—after months. Never gave any time frame for anything. They are unapologetically apathetic about any issues. They don’t respond directly to questions, and just give vague “I’ll check with a guy, who has to check with another guy when he is available. The manager will call you back sometime in the indefinite future.” The employee was completely complacent, and comfortable with the inaction on their part. I had to repeatedly ask for a time frame even for a call back, which I was told, will not be today for sure. I understand shipping delays, and current hardships in all industries, and am understanding. This however, is completely blatant lack of service and customer care. Definitely would not recommend.

Very bad experience I went there I couldn’t find the store and after I called they told me that was the old place and I have to go to the new one lol so I hang up and went to another store

Finally I understand the problem with my pool for the last month…My wife a month ago started buying chlorine at this store . For the size of my pool we have to dump 2.5 gallons of chorine every 10 days to keep water clear. One of the guys at the store told her to shock the pool with 5 gal, she did it .Next day pool was still green . I decided to check the Chlorine gallons that she bought. The chlorine concentration is less than regular bleach . Does not have strong chlorine smell . Poor quality on this product . Never had this issue with the chlorine bought at the other store on SW 200. It’s way stronger
