Rooms are always in good shape and up to date... a minor complaint would be the surfaces seem to be always sticky, probably from being wiped over and over with disinfectant wipes... but by far the best hotel in town!

We stayed at the Radisson for a wedding in River Falls. The main reasons for 3 star is the rooms were so dry it makes for uncomfortable sleep in the colder months (we stayed during 3rd winter April). The location of the hotel is great but the parking I very weird and feels limited. The breakfast has good fare and the pool and hot tub are nice. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Overall if you are staying for the weekend, you'll have a good time.

Positive: Location, I was able to park my car and walk down town. Negative: No sign on the building, there is a banner located at a different entrance. Need a sign at the main entrance. The AC didn't work in my room, I had my room set at 69, woke up at 2am and the room was at 87. Night person didn't report it. I had too.

I was in room 307, there is a constant banging and smashing sound and it shakes the whole place. When your in the underground parking ramp you can hear it as well. Keeps you awake all night long. My company uses this facility all the time. On Monday I checked in and was told that we had to update our corporate credit a card authorization sheet but we had till Friday morning to get that done. Just as long as it was done before I checked out. I get back to the motel Tuesday evening to find that I was locked out of my room. I had to go all the way downstairs and spend 45 minutes trying to straighten things out. What a total inconvenience...then to top it off I had to use my personal card to reserve the room just to get back in my room!! Totally disappointed...
