They NEVER answer! I've lived in Sanford for 5 yrs now; moved from LM, and I have never gotten through to them once, which pisses me off because I have issues with literally every single package they deliver; or don't deliver. LAKE Mary's PO isn't much better but at least they answer once in a while. So if there's an issue I just call the regional supervisor and ask her to deal with them. Gets done alot quicker that way and I don't have to deal with them.

I am not really sure but I think $ 30.00 or $ 40.00.

good morning both answers above me are pretty much correct the question is since it's your mail that you're wanting to know about have you contacted the post office or brought it to the attention of the apartment complex to see if they have contacted the post office and if they're not if they have not or the post office is taking its time about fixing these things if they've been broken for a while you need to have them hold your mail as general delivery with your name general delivery whatever Town you're in with the zip code and you go pick up your own mail from the post office. the only reason I'm telling you to do that is because that's what I've had to do when the postal service like the one up here in casselberry Florida or Sanford Florida don't know how to read and deliver your mail to everywhere else or put your mail in someone else's mailbox just because they want to so now I get it at the post office general delivery

Same happens to me...mine delivered it the house next door, when they said its the wrong address, instead of looking at it again to verify the address, he sent it back as incorrect address. Another time it was returned because there was no apt #; I live in a townhouse, we don't have apt # because we're clearly not apartments. Ive had a different mail person for 5 yrs. It's always someone who is new and doesn't have a clue what they're doing

I'm sorry but I really don't understand what you're asking it doesn't make sense to me who can they come and get a paper to send to a person important at an address? That just makes no sense to me maybe if you had someone that could help interpret for you
