Store hours posted is incorrect. They close down their systems before published closing hours. I arrived prior to 6:30pm and the employee politely advised that they shut the system down before closing. Same issue with the Belle Terre location that advised me to drive up to this location because they close 30 mins earlier. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I do not appreciate the insinuation that I am a liar. I was at your location Friday 9/23/22 @ 6:27pm. I arrived and knocked on the door while you're employee was standing in the lobby. He came to the door and stated that your system was shutdown though I made it a point to advise that it was not yet 6:30pm. There was another lady behind me as well that was attempting to send a package. If you have working cameras you can clearly see me, and this other lady, there prior to 6:30pm. I understand that if you're not busy and it's a few minutes before closing time that you want to start the process of shutting down but to turn customers away just because they arrived 3 minutes BEFORE closing time, is poor customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service every time I go in. It’s a shame Amazon partnered with them and now I’m forced to go in often instead of Kohl’s, where they actually have a good attitude. Twice now, dropping off returns through Amazon they’ve screwed up the order because they’re always acting as if Amazon returns are a hassle for them. One woman, tall, with tattoos, just looked at the box I was returning and just slid it over to the side, didn’t make eye contact, scanned one thing, when there were about ten items in the box, but she wasn’t concerned with wasting her time scanning each one. Spent half the day with Amazon on the phone, trying to get unscanned items credited back.

I was impressed with the staff at this UPS Store. I had a package to deliver but had difficulty with the shipping code for the company receiving the package. The staff was patient and worked with me to get the right shipping code in place and the package out the door. Vicki was especially helpful and resourceful in getting things together and in gear. 5 Stars well deserved.

Extremely slow and employees like to work in groups rather than helping customers. Line out the door and three people playing with the copy machine rather than addressing the line. Definitely use Kohls for Amazon returns if you don’t want to wait forever.
