Honestly what can I say it's a drive-through toll plaza. Most of the time it works correctly some of the time it doesn't. I do recommend that if you ever get a ticket in the mail review the picture because we did get a ticket when we looked at the picture it wasn't even our car!!! It's nice however to get the discount on the tolls because you have SunPass.

The sunpass needs to have each car's tag registered on it that you use.
From any of the service plazas on the Turnpike! Or at CVS, or Walgreens. I know cause I work on in the booths on the Turnpike and get that question asked a lot lol.
