Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Free parking. Good price. Negative: A little slow at check-in. Seemed software was loading slowly & took at least 15-20min for me to checkin on prepaid room. Heard lot of hall noise and talking. Maybe the walls are a little thin, but it not terrible. Breakfast only cereals & pancakes

Hi guys, be careful when you book online this one. It will show you fully refundable and if you book you won't be able to get the refund, will come up with something like "that room type wasn't refundable". There are better ones out there. Just wanted to share my story to help someone else to avoid that situation.

Microtel Inn in Gassaway WV was pretty clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and the location is perfect for someone that doesn't like busy overwhelming areas! I would have given 5 stars, but they could do better on the breakfast considering there's really no place right outside the hotel to grab breakfast.

Not bad room. Fair and descent size room but tv is interesting, like it's buffering, never been anywhere that does that. Annoying. Jackass movie playing in lobby at check in. Classy. Phone and hair drier didn't work.
