The women my husband and I worked with appeared to be friendly and helpful, but honestly she ended up not being helpful at all. After we met with her and went through everything she was supposed to add the finishing touches to our floor plan so we could move forward. She told us that she was working on the floor plan and would get back to us the following week and she never did. I followed up with an email for an update and she stated that she was almost done and would be ready by next week. She never contacted us. I did one more follow up by email and she never responded. Till this day she has not responded and it has been few months. So we moved on to another builder. Very unprofessional.

I found this local builder and was thrilled to have a family owned business and not a big company where you’re just a number. The customer service from the front desk personnel to the final finishing of our home was a pleasure I didn’t want to go thru the building process because of the horror stories I was told. None of this was true. I would do it all over again. The entire staff from the owners, the salesperson Kristin to the guys in the field, Will and Tony, were very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns Great experience. Fabulous house with upscale finishes and still affordable Thanks to all
