If I could give a zero, I would. 1. Disorganized management. Believe ALL the bad reviews. THIN walls where I could hear my neighbor’s baby at 12-2am screaming and crying. You hear every slammed door. Totally awesome when you have work at 7am. The granite top island isn’t even granite it’s composite…even thing is cheap and sold for more just like every other “luxury” living. It’s better to save up and own a house instead of living here. Also the internet ISNT included lol. I was told it was included and then got hit with a $120 dollar charge lol. This place is cute. But don’t stay long. They’re nice to your face when you’re signing the lease but will discard you because of their own discrepancies and mistakes. So glad I moved into a home where I don’t have to deal with them anymore 🙏🏻 . That’s all.

I recently moved to FL. I am ecstatic to call the Springs at Cape Coral my new home! I looked at other properties and was amazed at the unique beauty of this complex. Megan Gonzalez possesses exceptional customer service skills. She immediately made me feel welcome and explained all the exceptional amenities. Derrick and Pamela in the office are second to none in answering my questions and making the moving process easier. Their concierge service, which includes furniture delivery assistance, is invaluable. Do not hesitate to make the Springs at Cape Coral your new home in Paradise!

Very grateful to Spring at Cape Coral. A nice quiet clean place. The manager is very friendly and efficient. Megan is always willing to answer my questions and help me.
