The town doesn't have much to offer for me. But the people who run this place will be what makes me come and stay here again. I come to ride the trails. This place is not super close to the dirt trails. But because of management I am willing to travel a bit further later. LOVE these guys

This place is awesome. Came here with my family. This is hospitality at its finest. The manager made sure we had everything we needed plus more. We will definitely come again. Pool was just the right temperature and so was the hot tub.

Rude Managment. Planned on spending Easter weekend planned with family and friends including many young kids and we were told you rent the room and the pool area is not part of your stay 🤷🏼‍♂️ Many in affective rules (due to Covid 🙄)for the pool area in my opinion so we lost our deposit on 7 rooms and went to a motel in Green Bay and had a blast!!! The place must be paid for because it sure didn’t seem like they wanted our business 👎🏻

Wrong information was given to me about the dates for an upcoming weekend, so I booked the last weekend in February. They charged my card for the full amount right away for 2 nights. When I found out it was the last weekend in January, I called and the front desk clerk said she would try to find me a room, but at the time they were fully booked. She never called back to tell me she found us a room, no voicemail, no email confirmation was given. We were not able to attend the gathering of about 30 friends. It was not their fault that I booked it originally incorrectly, but they never told me until Saturday with a voicemail that they had a room for us. I was already at work and unable to go then at that point. Now they refuse to refund my money, as they are claiming I did not cancel in time, even though if I had known, we would absolutely have gone and enjoyed ourselves with our friends. Very poor management, and should not have charged my card up front for the full amount right away. I will pursue the charges, and will never visit this place in the future.
