Ive been seeing Dr Jaffe for about 2 years now ever since I moved to Florida from Philly. He was quick to see me when I first moved here and needed help and I'm glad I chose him as my doctor because the last 2 years have been the most normal and productive I've had in a very long time. He got to know me and my background and helped me find the right medicine and dose to lead a normal life which me and my family could not be happier about. Dana is always very helpful and extremely pleasant anytime I call or am setting up an appointment. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great doctor who can help you lead a better life.

I’m sorry. We do not take Medicaid. However, we do the prior authorization for your medication so that it is free. Our prices are very low for office visits. Please call the office and I will discuss. We can get you in the same day

I'm no longer your patient. Why would I call your office. Those words came out of your mouth when you called me. If there's a different explanation, others need to hear it too.

Please call the office with any questions We simply choose to not take insurance any more just as many doctors have. The paperwork is overwhelming with referrals, HEDIS, PQRS, MIPS, Meaningful Use, and many other requirements that patients are unaware of. Dr. Jaffe did not go to medical school to have insurance companies tell him how to practice medicine. He went to treat patients, not fill out paperwork all day. We are a small office and do not have the staff to continue to keep up with insurance company demands. We chose, instead to remain small and give our patients individualized care.
