This place is horrible with customer service, pricing and policy!!! I rented a carpet stretcher for a day. Was told to bring back around the same time Tmrrw. I did that but I was I hour late so they charged me for a additional day $49.95. …At least we are open.there’s rules to renting stuff and you do not make them.Please take your slick mouth and business elsewhere there’s too many good people that appreciate us being open.

Very poor customer service....my mom rented a piece of equipment from them...it did not work properly and the man on phone was extremely rude to her about it...did not accommodate her for it by any means. When it was a hour drive there just …sorry about your experience but rent closer to where you live....We do the best we can with what we got......I have rented the metal break and it worked just fine for what I needed it for.but what do I know Im just a liscensed contractor!!!!!

Very poor customer service equipment did not work properly and did not accommodate me for an hour drive oneway would not recommend this facility to anyone called the owner he was very very rude DO NOT RENT THERE BREAKwhy would you drive 1 hour away to get a metal break.I am a contractor and I would rent a break from the nearest store like I told you we had not enough people wanting to rent this piece of equipment to really have one and no I wont sell it to you ...... sorry about your experience but go closer to where you are at....
