Stay away from this place!!! Room was dirty, smelled like mold, my mom kept sneezing constantly, she got BED BUG BITES and we found one crawling on her when we got back home. I studied insects and know what bed bugs and their bites look like. Terrible experience and now have to deal with potential bed bugs in the house.

Positive: Front desk was very helpful and was able to change my room because my original room smelt like smoke. Breakfast was very good and pool and Jacuzzi was nice. Negative: Bathroom was small

Convenient, clean hotel, great accommodations, beautiful views, and friendly professional staff. Love the fact that the hotel had nice spacious suites to meet our needs.

This place is alright. The price is okay, the location so-so. My biggest complaint is that the place was dirty and some of the staff rude. Here is a full list of pros and cons about the hotel: Pros: - The pool and hot tub are open 24/7 with 11 pm - 9 am being adult only hours. - The hot tub is fairly nice. - There's a coffee machine, tea, and hot chocolate powder 24/7. - Breakfast is included in the price. - The hotel is dog friendly and has grassy space outside for walks. Cons: - Our room was dirty. The comforters had yellow stains on them, and some pillows had hair on them. The toilet also wasn't clean with pee streaks down the front. - Some of the staff is pretty rude. During our second breakfast I went to get food for myself and my wife. An employee followed me out of the dining area and asked me to take less food, saying "We would appreciate it if you only took what you could eat. If everyone took that much food, we wouldn't be able to offer it for free." I feel like this is very rude, and it completely ruined my impression of the staff. That definitely could've been expressed in a better way. - The breakfast wasn't great - Jim Bean sandwiches, fruit cups, yoghurt, cereal and muffins. This may be due to COVID, but you have to warm up the sandwiches in the microwave to eat anything warm. - The staff doesn't allow you to leave your dog in the room by itself. - The rooms are not very spacious.
