The staff at this location have always been courteous and professional. The store itself is clean and neat. I enjoy their pizza, especially the BLT.

This review is for the Jet's on Beitner Rd but since I've already left a review for that location (1 star) and I had yet another bad experience, I wanted to add another. Ordered a veggie pizza (18.99) and got home and had received a meat lovers. Called and talked to Joe (presumably the manager) and he said he can credit my account 10 dollars. I explained I won't eat a meat lover's pizza but he didn't care. I live 25 miles away and told him I'm not bringing it back, but he insisted he needs the actual pizza back to give a refund. So, tomorrow I'll bring him the pizza back. Unbelievably terrible service, and unlike last time, I will not be back.

Absolutely insane, got my order completely wrong because they have someone who is new and should be in a mental institution taking the order. Completely rude as well after they said they would take 20 percent off for my troubles then tries to say we're just doing 10... no I want the 20 I should be asking for more off then that. Nothing was right on my order what so ever
