The entire staff at the Hearing Spa was always friendly and able to answer my questions both before and after purchasing my new hearing aids. I would definitely return to the Hearing Spa next time I need to purchase hearing aids.

Thank you all over at The Hearing Spa! I have had great experience with both of their locations and would highly recommend them. Dr. Teresa has done a fantastic job without causing any discomfort. She was able to show me what was going on with a small camera during my visits to the Sarasota location. To my understanding she now works full time over at the Bradenton location for those seeking her expertise.

I cannot say enough good things about The Hearing Spa. Dr V has been super instrumental in helping my elderly Mom who has pretty severe hearing loss. We came to them a few years ago from a recommendation and so glad we found them. Dr V is great, knowledgeable and professional. Then, there is Kayla, another super star! As a caregiver, she was there for me when she tackled a challenge pairing Mom's cell phone with her hearing aids. Neither of us knew the Android platform, but she figured it out and now, Mom and I are VERY happy, not to mention, not stressed. And Jonna... (spelling?) another WONDERFUL help. A++++ I would give 10 stars if I could.

Excellent and friendly service! I am in recovery for Lyme disease and developed tinnitus. I drove by and saw the sign on the window for a tinnitus evaluation. I also thought it would be a good idea to be checked for sensorial hearing loss. They pinpointed the frequency of my tinnitus which happens to be different in each ear! Also suggested ways to help ease symptoms at home. I am so glad I found The Hearing Spa.
