My experience with DATR was easy and professional from start to finish. Linda was an absolute dream as a customer service representative! She was clear about pricing, scheduling service and what to expect. When the technician ( I'm terrible with names) arrived he was 5 minutes early and ready to start. He was happy to answer questions and left my house looking like he'd never been there! No mess no fuss. I very much appreciated that even though many companies would have pushed me to make very expensive repairs DATR was honest about the level of damage and that it probably wasn't the way to go. My bill even came in under what I expected! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and if an appliance breaks they'll be first on my list to call.
