I like my church! People here obviously care about each other. Pastor genuinely cares about each member. Ladies Bible Study is very good!

This review is specifically for the Spanish Sermon at 11am. Pastor Omar is truly wonderful. He is a joy to listen to each weekend. Everything he preaches comes straight from the Bible and never sugar coated, despite current times and people always tending to get butt hurt about certain hot topics. That’s what I love about him. We need more pastors like him. A joy to listen to, super sweet and kind, a true man of God. God def speaks thru Him in these such trying times. Lots of contemporary churches tend to focus too much on bringing in the unchurched, but then forget about them when they’re “churched.” Not with this church, specifically this Hispanic pastor. Each of his sermons are exactly what we need to hear. Unfiltered. He dissects the gospel in such a wonderful way that makes it understandable. Only thing I would say is when I take one of my adult kids who doesn’t speak much Spanish, he uses their translating service and he always tells me most of them don’t translate very well. They only say a couple of words and pause a lot and he never understands. I always encourage him to go to the English one but he doesn’t want to go alone so he just deals with it. So if someone in the staff reads this, I know of a few people who bring their kids like me because the ambience is a little different here than the English service (English service is great just not what I’m looking for-my personal opinion), and honestly, I think it would be wonderful to have a good English translator for Pastor Omar’s sermons. Especially now. He’s preaching and dissecting the Book of Revelation Which is super important for EVERYONE to hear, especially since it’s a book that’s super crucial to the gospel but to not offend, many pastors avoid preaching about it but he does. I hope y’all consider a good translator. I would do it myself if I could…but I struggle with translating certain words that are biblical. Spanish is not my first language, but for some reason I tend to gravitate a lot to Hispanic pastors because they seem to preach a little differently… Maybe it’s just a culture thing but I love it. very raw and from the heart (straight from God.) given that my four kids who are at home don’t really speak good Spanish, I should probably be going to the English sermon but there’s something really special about Pastor Omar. There’s a lot of immigrants that come to the Spanish service because they don’t speak English… But their kids speak English so I think it is something to consider.

This place is amazing. They are nondenominational Christians. They recite the Lords prayer every Sunday and also do communion weekly. The adult service has a live band with awesome music that really is soul/spirit provoking. Their childrens program is worth raving over. Very welcoming environment and safe. They have police there every service to protect anyone attending. Services are held Sundays at 9am and 11am. If you're looking for a sign on whether you should go, THIS IS IT! Definitely go❤🙏

Yes there are ways to volunteer. They do have a process for certain ministries and will do a background check.
A strong bible based church with a heart for missional church planting. Pastor Jeff Wells is an amazing pastor too
They have a good bank. It is first come first served. It is a very complete food bank and many people show up for it on I think Tuesdays. You need an ID.
Samaritans Purse, yes
Which workshop? The womans Sunday workshop? The Church has multiple workshops. I recommend checking with the Foundry Community Center, they are very friendly and helpful.
They sing a bit more on the classical side of music but still fun.
