Our first time experience at the Watercraft Adventure was excellent. Jesse was very friendly and professional most important very accommodating to our needs. The rental process was quick and easy. We were also given an awesome deal for the 4th of July weekend. Now it's time to ride! Jerry greeted us at the water and made us feel very comfortable. He showed us all the safety rules and made sure we new how to operate the watercraft.

I'm a local, I have my own jet ski. I've had a couple of interactions with these guys and I just have to say based on the reviews I've read, and my own experience. They care? Phhht. Perhaps if you give them their 💲310 rental. But if you're a local or anybody else, and you just ask for a neighbourly dose of goodwill, your not gonna get it from this place. I understand it's a business, but here's the deal. There is a genuine safety issue on the river when it comes to life vests. Ok, these guys have tons of life vests, and they're not even expensive ones. I was following a local on my ski who had forgot her vest. If something happens, you will probably drown in this river without a vest. She went to shore to ask to borrow one for 5 minutes, to drive her ski back home and get her vest. These guys turned her away. That's almost as bad as leaving someone adrift that's in serious trouble, without asking if they need help. They care? It's the actions where they don't think anyone will notice that tell the real story. They don't care, and the hired help don't care unless it's related to business. That's unfortunate.

Great Service and Convenient Location to the Beach. We rented two wave runners for an hour the first day. So much fun! Our 7 year old and 4 year old rode with us and had a blast. We rented again the next day and unfortunately one of the watercraft sucked up a rock causing the engine to fail. I was worried I had damaged the engine and was going to be charged a fortune for repairs. So much for our vacation costs. Watercraft Adventures immediately sent an employee, Zach, to help us. It caused us to go over our rental time but they didn't charge us anything extra for the overtime or for the engine. Zach was able to get the engine to expel the rock and we were good to go. Zach even helped us return back to the beach by showing us where the shallow spots were so we could return at high speed. My daughters loved every minute of it. They have the watercraft right next to the beach so you don't have to tow your wave runners to the water. Well worth the slightly higher cost compared to some of the other vendors in that I didn't have to pay overages and the convenient location. I highly recommend them if you are renting jet skis or wave runners in Laughlin, NV.
