Person taking order at drive through got the order wrong. I ordered 3 items a paid for 4. I used the app to pay. When I got home I called and talked to the manager. There was nothing he could do unless I drive 5 miles back to the store for a refund for the 4th item. Even though I paid with the app, I still needed to go back to the store. Sorry but with rush hour and price of gas it was cheaper for me to stay home. The person that took the order said she was new. She never repeated the order back to me even though I had to repeat twice for her. This is a manager issue. She should not have put in that position. That is one store to avoid.

Who doesn't like coffee! Stopped by may 7 to get some, walked in and ordered. Then, to my surprise, I was ignored by the counter for 45 minutes while the staff made the drink I ordered 6 times for people that came in after me. This also happened to 2 others that were also getting coffee at this time and place. Finally, once everyone but us 3 had left and the drive through was empty, they asked us collectively what we were here for. We proceeded to enlighten the staff as to the fact that we had not gotten what we had payed for. Finally, they made our orders. No apologies, just the most abrasive I don't care additude I've seen at Starbucks. Was a disappointment. Still like coffee though. Not a fan of losing over an hour of my day to ineptitude

I thought I would give them another try. BAD DECISION!!! They are always out of everything now and what the baristas recommend to compensate for what they don't have, SUCKS!!! Yesterday, the Starbucks on Highland was out of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, whipled cream and white chocolate mocha. For $8.00 a freaking cup, I should be getting EXACTLY what I want. PLEASE JUST SHUT THE DOORS. I don't know what happened but Starbucks is horrible now and definetely not worth my $7.63 pet visit anymore.
