This office is very convenient and clean. I like the new construction of the enclosed restrooms. The front staff and nurses are very welcoming, helpful and appointments are met on time. Dr Dennis is the best physician/surgeon and is always positive, knowledgeable, informative and communicates very well. Seems to never be too busy to answer questions or take the the time needed. I highly recommend this office and Dr Dennis for adults and children. I always leave here with complete satisfaction. Sandra Ellis

IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID OR PHP PLEASE READ! MAKE SURE TO READ ALL PAPERS BEFORE SIGNING!! My daughter has BCBS as primary (that I was NOT aware of from her fathers job) and Medicaid as her secondary. She got surgery and they sent me an unexpected bill for $900+. I contacted the manager about this bill and they mentioned that this is their 'office policy' and they do not bill Medicaid secondarily with a commercial primary. I have NEVER heard of this and I had Medicaid on the phone while contacting the office manager at Capital ENT and they agreed this is something that neither of us have ever heard of. The manager was not willing to work with us in regards to this highly unexpected bill or even listen to the situation. The manager mentioned that I signed a paper in May stating this 'office policy' and I asked her to e-mail me the documents for my records on where I knew of this office policy and she has not sent me the e-mail (after confirming my e-mail was correct) which makes me believe that I actually never did sign any document stating so. (It has been 3 weeks and I still did not get an e-mail with my signed paper). I only recall signing the HIPPA and a estimated agreement that stated I would owe 0.00!!! She then terminated the phone call without even saying goodbye. The customer service was extremely POOR, disrespectful and just rude! I am a single mother and was not aware that she was on her father's insurance plan, I do not have a BCBS card or any information in regards to her being on that insurance carrier, I only have ever provided her Medicaid card. It's very upsetting that they would not directly inform someone of this SERIOUS policy and just send out high bills to make family who are already dealing with financial distress. I would NOT recommend anyone with Medicaid to go here!! To top if off, the manger Jenny handled this very poorly and unfairly as she was not even trying to listen or under the circumstances. Update: I just received a letter from Medicaid, stating the provider is a participating provider, they cannot balance bill Medicaid members. The provider has agreed to stop billing me.

Awful experience with this place, I called ahead of time to make an appointment and explained that I had a positive test 11 days before the appointment and they confirmed that it would be ok to visit. But on the day of visit they said that I can’t see the doctor and can’t be visited. I took time off from work and this happened.
