Had a mix up with Hotels Book. Had absolutely nothing to do with Travelodge. Ron the manager and his family were so helpful and helped me get it straightened out. Also saved me a bit of money. Room had a view of the valley and the room was quite large and very clean. I would highly recommend this place and skip using Google to save money and call the Travelodge directly. It's cheaper and you won't have any hassles.

There is only a muffin left on front counter for something referred to as a "breakfast!" Stayed here twice in past month, quiet but TV is not user friendly, front desk not always present, room clean but not made up on second day of stay. Will stay elsewhere on my weekly trip to Globe.

Stereotypical room nothing fancy witch is not a big deal... Reason for the low rating is.... Nobody at front desk waited a few minutes to get assistance. Our room was tours the back of the hotel so we had easy access and close to vending machine and ice machine that was a plus. Floor were dirty as we enter through the back door to hotel. Our room chair arm rest were VERY dirty, and room smelled musty,in addition of being dusty, not very well insulated could hear people outside and nextdoor. Also could smell someone smoking. Not the greatest water pressure either. Pillows were nice and firm, bed was comfortable. But the fact that room wasn't super clean made me uncomfortable.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. But, I had some issues with it. First the desk clerk did not mention that there was no breakfast. (It was mentioned on the website either) otherwise, I might have gone else where. Then the phone in the room stopped working after I called the front desk to be told no breakfast. Not only did it not work, the message light kept blinking and would not go off. A piece of the window pane was coming off. The beds were way to soft for me. (My opinion)
