This adoption center either lies to adopters about health condition of cat or neglects to get best care and diagnosis. I adopted a cat from here, the staff usually took days to respond and adoption process took 2 weeks. When we adopted him we were told he has a small respiratory infection that he is healing from and that he had a few teeth pulled. I wasn't given all his vaccination records right away and had to hunt them down. After getting all his records, I took him to the vet and found out he has feline herpes which is chronic, incurable and makes him more susceptible to future illnesses . Additionally, he has two ear infections (that is very obvious and wasn't being treated), nasal infection and I found out he had 20 teeth pulled and most likely will need the rest removed. Cats need to be adopted, including this sweet one that can have a quality life, but this adoption center either: knew this and said and did nothing or they neglected to seek best care and treatments. If you adopt from here, get all records and call a vet to have them look over records, so you are aware and are sure you can care for whatever conditions a sweet kitty may have.
