Do NOT be fooled by the positive reviews! Save your money! My partner and I have been living without a working stove for 3 weeks. Now our dishwasher and kitchen sink do not work either. This place charges premium prices for the cheapest stuff they can find, and then they dont fix it when it breaks. We've had to resubmit service issues several times and each time it is marked "resolved" even though the issue persists. In some cases it looks like the appliance was not even touched.

My partner and I moved in recently and we already caught a massive cockroach in our apartment. We were told that there were no pest problems but now we're not sure. Not great given the price we pay for rent. UPDATE: We've now seen a second cockroach in a completely different room, climbing on the wall. We are extremely neat people and have never experienced anything like this. This complex looks completely infested, steer clear.

I came in to visit twice- once alone and another time with my dad and son. Both times, Tess helped me and showed us units. She did an amazing job at explaining the process, the units, and the area. Her friendliness and help made me feel like this is a place I would want to live since a large portion of living somewhere like apartments is management! I lived here while I completed my graduate degree at UNC, and I would say it's a great place for grad students (and others) to live. All of the staff were responsive and kind throughout the time I lived here. The maintenance staff (Sam and Guy) consistently went above and beyond, and were always a friendly face around the complex. Would definitely recommend living here.
