Local office of Roanoke Rapids never again will ever try to deal with staff again. When it comes your SSI it seems to me the consumer have little or no input about their own earned money. How do you explain years & years of working to one day receive your social security when its not ever promise for our youth today? Yes, Roanoke Rapids, I am disappointed & sorry to hear that you are short of staff. People need jobs so hire more people, don't mess with our monthly income unless there is a legit reason to do so.

Horrible people, extremely unprofessional & unpleasant. You will get conflicting & often contradictory responses based on whom you speak too, have NEVER had a positive experience with these people, prepare to be hung up on or talked down too at the very least. Rating is zero.

They are rude and unprofessional. They are very vindictive and spiteful would not trust them to watch my water. They have a get back at you mentality. The Supervisor Mr Burris is an awful supervisor He will threaten you if you try to file a complaint against that office. They slam phone in your face. Very rude and messy. I was told by Mr Burris they never send out letters with a name attached. But I got one with a name. Very Messy people avoid them like Covid 19. Then said I had to set appt by phone.thats not true. Do not trust them at all. And they have access to your personal information. Rate them a below 0.
