Buyer beware, tried to purchase DEF from the truck side. Pump said 2 different times, it was unavailable for DEF, after the 6 different selections, after you swiping your card. Pilot PLACE 2 HOLD ON MY CARD FOR A GRAND!!!!! I still didn't …Hi Greg, if you're referring to a hold on your credit card of $500, for a pay-at-the-pump diesel purchase with a Visa card, your hold should only be for a few hours. If it has not cleared in four hours, please call Visa and ask them to release it.
