Duke. You are my most frustrating bill to pay. Why do you make it as hard as possible to throw money at? It makes no sense. Your call center never answers the phone, your bill pin never registers as correct when trying to use your poorly optimized web page, which makes paying you only possible with SpeedPay, and their $1.50 fee. If anyone has thought about moving to Raleigh, I'll be leaning your company into my cons list.

I just spoke to Tatiana on the phone who is Extreamly Rude, She basically said it was 7 o'clock and she was not able to help me Because they close .I asked to speak to the manager she's put me on hold then hang up
