Me and husband stayed here a few nights ago. Management was terrible. Rooms were dirty. Staff was rude. Went to the lobby in the morning to checkout, nobody was in there and it was locked. Couldn't call because the number didn't work.

Nice, clean rooms conveniently located directly across from the Heritage Center. We could not get the television to work and there was no on-site front desk staff to help us resolve the problem, and the 'sister motel' (Rode Inn) would not pick up the phone. Employee shortage was the excuse; other businesses nearby didn't seem to have this issue. At $100+/night the head housekeeper should not have been the only employee running interference for poor management.

The accommodations are about what you would expect (not fancy and new, but well kept and clean). The staff were wonderful and friendly. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, even though she was in the middle of dealing with a problem in the laundry room. Cookies in the lobby were an added bonus!
