Bought couple parts from them as a shop,once I bought a starter that looked that it sat in the rain for ever,sure enough stopped working after 3 days.. Very rude and unfriendly, doesn't honor his warranty

They aren't there to be friendly and be welcoming. I own a mechanic shop and I buy from them if I can't find parts somewhere else.. They dont deliver to shops

Called about a part listed online, they said they had it. Drive 45 minutes for them to try to sell me the wrong part, completely different than what they said they had. The counter person did send someone to see if there were any cars with the part I needed but there were none. Wasted trip over a simple inventory mistake

Dont go their they will RIP you off and sell bad parts I know I 2as theirbfor almost 2 yrs Rick is a drunk and doesn't care about customers. Go to Grant's much better people and prices.
