This place has been trashed since Randall Henley bought it. All his rentals are meth lab explosion trailers, if they don't burn to the ground he continues to rent them, Its a nuisance to Talladega county and should be condemned by the state health department.

I would not move into this park ..the landlord Randell will turn your power off ..and will not turn it back on as well as not fix anything and if he does he dose a bad job ..to fix a hole he stuffs it with paper or plastic bags and then fills it the rest of the way up with the orange foam

Every trailer out here is trash. Not up to code, fire hazards. Black mold in the walls. Constantly something tearing up. Can’t get him to fix anything.

I am tell you you dont wont to live on 219 Wright LN. My husband and i were the maintenance and witch we were. Fired because we have someone staying with us. Randall Henly is a slum lord and will cut every corner and go the cheap way out to get the job done. I have lived out here since 11/17. I had things that needed to be fixed in lot 10 when i lived in lot 10. Like my daughter's bedroom window and my kitchen floor. I will admit that part of my kitchen floor. Did you fixed. But not all of it. Then we moved to lot 11. We told Randall that our kitchen floor and the living room floor needed to be redone. And because we ar the maintenance he put us off. Randall told us that we will have to wait on our thngs. That we needed to get everyone else done first. The last maintenance man Jeff Grayson was shot out here by one of the renters that is still here today. He got away with it and is still here today. So this is not a quiet mobile home park.
