Stay AWAY! and a Reply to the manager's reply: Odd the Manager will only reply to me on Google Review. I left multiple messages for Joe Wejda, in writing, and was ignored. I also have proof from The Car Seat Lady that your salesperson created a deathtrap. Stay away! Stay away, stay away, stay away. Do not trust this dealership. They may have once been good but no more. My entire family used to go to them, but never again will they go. World Subaru are crooks. The salespeople will be very, very nice, and then they will cheat you. They will change their prices and add on charges that were not part of the original deal. They will install your carseats incorrectly, creating "death traps" for your children. And they won't apologize; they won't care. They will delight in cheating you and taking your money. They will cheat you, put your children in harms way, and not apologize. Go to Englewood, NJ. Englewood is transparent and trustworthy. It may be a bit of drive, but worth it, because in Englewood "A deal is a deal."

Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Tara was so patient and informative and RJ was terrific. It was stress free. You can tell it's a great group of people who work together. It really makes a difference. Josh was also really nice. No hard sell just a great experience and I love my car.

Employees wear masks and there are screens between you and the salesmen. but we went on a day it was crowded which was not ideal.
You should especially if you bought another make pre owned vehicle off the lot. I nearly waited 2 hrs. on the first of 2 free oil changes. Car is washed which is nice but it was a bit of a wait. Seems they took Subaru vehicles priority.
