My visit at Lynne’s, has been one of my best experiences since I’ve been an owner of a Hyundai vehicle. I had gone out to another dealership last week and they were not able to inspect my vehicle, I immediately got back in my car and drove to Lynnes and they took my vehicle in for inspection right away. I am so thankful that they were able to inspect my vehicle due to my concerns of a possible oil leak. They even called me an Uber to take me home while my vehicle was being inspected. Keep up the good work. This is the type of customer service that I appreciate. Thank you Lynnes!!

I had scheduled a service appointment to have a 15,000 mile service performed on my car. I waited over 3 1/2 hours at the dealership only to find out that my car was not even touched!! My car was left parked in the middle of the dealership lot and forgotten!! According to the service rep, their computer indicated that an oil change was the only item completed. When he went to check on the car itself, he realized that the car was not even moved since I checked-in and nothing was even done to the car!! The service rep bought the car over to the Express Oil change location and came back within 15-20 minutes!! I am not even confident that the 15,000 mile service was even performed on the vehicle. Very disappointing on the quality of service and attention to customers at this dealership!!
