Stood at the counter without being acknowledged for several minutes. Several other customers were having problems with their orders being correct. Management clearly had no control over their team. It took 40+ minutes to get food. Employees standing there on there phones with customers asking for napkins. Our food was good once it came out.

Used online ordering for convenience but wound up being far from it. Waited almost 45min for an order that conformation said ready in 10min(waited 10min before I even left home). Then after checking order didn't have any sauces, either with the meals or the extras that I ordered(and payed for). Went inside to ask and was told sorry we only have 2 of what you ordered. When ask about reduction in price or refund was told they couldn't. Lesson leared, wait and ask for sauces when you pick up food.

“No tomatoes on my Cobb Salad please”. Five minutes of removing tomatoes. I would say even if you like tomatoes this would be excessive. 🤔
