I purchased my 2015 WRX STi from Smukall back in March 2021. Overall it has been quite good to me but, being a manual transmission the clutch eventually started to go out. Being a technician myself, I'd normally handle this. However, I'm no longer working professionally so no access to a lift, and I'm getting too old to slide under a car lifted by jack stands to remove a transmission, lol. Seeing as how the purchase went so smoothly, I figured I'd bring the car back and have them do it. 0 regrets. Don Jr gave me a fair labor quote and did not deviate from it despite a notable setback. One of the parts from my clutch kit did not want to lock in (specifically, the throw-out bearing). He allocated an OE part from Subaru, pulled it back apart, and re-installed the new bearing, for no additional labor. Class act right there. They got it done quickly even with the setback. It feels great being able to support a local business and I'd HIGHLY recommend this place if you're a Subaru owner. To my fellow enthusiasts, rest easy when you drop your baby off. They actually care and know what they're doing. I'm super neurotic with my car, and typically won't let anyone else work on it, so know when I say you can rest easy, I mean it.

We were looking for a used Subaru for our sons first car. Prices right now are crazy. I saw an ad for a 2009 Forrester with 93k miles at a good price. I called and Don Jr. was really honest and told me exactly what was wrong with the car and what they would fix prior to sale. Went over to test drive and Don Sr was honest as well. Didnt try to push a sale on us. A week later, all the repairs are done and extras. We are so happy with our purchase. Hopefully this car will last a long time.
