I feel like I have given this garage so many chances and each time I have a negative experience. Each time I get my car back it ends up running worse than before which is crazy to me, three months ago I got a brand new alternator, since then my car breaks down nearly every two weeks, took it back in to see if it was a battery issue and to get an oil change and some new taillights and headlights where the man at the counter immediately started cutting me off, telling me it’s probably an alternator issue even though they were the shop that had just replaced it for nearly $800! So I called back to just get the oil change and bulbs replaced because I don’t feel comfortable having them work on my car like that anymore, I came to pick my car up and the total was $78 which I thought was really low for full synthetic AND the lights so I asked if the lights were replaced like I asked and they said all they did was a “light inspection” and that “they look fine and are working great” which I know means they didn’t because I had three bulbs out! So I had to leave the car there again and now both of my blinkers are out. I’m done giving this shop chances when I’m met with bad customer service and bad results. Stop spending your money here.

My father had recently taken his car to this location to be serviced for an oil change. They inspected his car as well and recommended that he had a tune up and a couple other mild jobs done. He decided to get the work done. Shortly after leaving, the engine light had turned on and he started hearing a noise coming from the car. He took the car back and they inspected it again. They told him he needs new front bearings, and a new oxygen sensor, and assured him that the work they had done had nothing to do with this, as if these problems had magically appeared right after his first visit. The management was also very rude and unprofessional when my father denied getting the extra work done. Stay clear of this place. I will be looking into taking legal measures.
