If I could give zero stars I would. This is a Fraud and they will Scam you. This company has third party employees that scam people for sport. They make cancellation of their services very confusing and between the lines and are Not good at being Honest. They charged my mom for years until I caught them continuing to collect payments for a service that was officially cancelled. They have people cover for them.

After my review (below), they paid the claim accurately so I'm increasing their stars. I made a claim over 2 months ago, providing them with everything they need. They have done NOTHING but acknowledge that the claim was received. No payment has been made to me. They seem to be a ripoff. I only gave one star because I could not give zero. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!. I have replied to the companies response to my review. Let's see if they do the right thing

This company is an administrative nightmare! You can never get a hold of the right department, the hood times are outrages. They give you the option to leave a voicemail but they never call you back. When do Dina get a hold of human they are rude and keep repeating the same useless answers. I’m sure they are reading from a script
