I don't believe they have designated off-street parking, but there is ample street parking all around, which is free after 5pm and on weekends. I've never had troubles finding a spot.
You probably could but it is definitely more of a bar with great food. For a 5 year old you could probably bring her but I would not do it after 5 p.m.
