The company doesn't appear to know what a telephone is for. Only want you to email and text. Unavailable for menial things like adding or removing a car.

Very Shady Company will NOT return phone calls or emails in over a month. I have all documents needed to prove their wrong doings and now my family and I’m sure many other families have to pay for their mess ups! Your agent input the incorrect information not me! Warning emails were sent to a email that does not even exist about signing the terms and agreement documents. We are a veteran and first responder family and they don’t even have enough respect to return a phone call!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Dealing with this company has been nothing but dealing with an unprofessional group of individuals. Originally when the policies were written, lower rates were promised and higher rates were delivered. My mortgage actually went up $300 after promising that the insurance policy was much cheaper and would reduce my insurance rates. My car policy went up as well. When a reshop was requested, it took weeks for someone to finally get to me. I actually had to reach out to schedule a call because their one lame attempt of leaving a message did not reach me. A reshop was promised again. Again, there was no follow through. No information was ever provided. I've been paying months and months of a higher mortgage due to the lack of communication, ineffectiveness, and professionalism in this company. There is clearly no accountability for employees doing their jobs and zero proof that supervisors care to make sure their subordinates are actually working to provide services for their customers. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies!

UPDATE: the agent emailed my husband (not me, not even cc’d me) with “your quotes are ready for review” after I was told she was “too busy for my request”. If you want to be treated with respect take your business somewhere else. I was happy with them at first but my agent straight up emailed me that she is “too busy”to prioritize my request and said a different agent will be contacting me. Never heard back, yet they send you emails to give them referrals. My “request that couldn’t be prioritized” was to look for a different car insurance company because I’m not happy with my current one (Elephant). I also had a referral for her. I can understand being busy, but don’t try to get new referrals if you can’t handle your existing workload as is. Plus I would never tell a customer that I’m too busy for them. And no I don’t expect to be waited on day and night but some common courtesy would be nice. I’ll never recommend them again and I’ll be looking for a different agency.
