If I could give zero stars I would. My parents had a tv on layaway. On the day they went to get it out the tv was not tested before they left. It is stated in your return policy that this is something that is done before an item leaves your store. They get the tv home and it looks like someone hit it with a round object. Then it wouldn't even power off without being unplugged. The screen was completely ruined. Could this be the reason why no one tested it BEFORE they left the store? They tried taking it back and were told they could not get a refund or exchange because they did not purchase a warranty. You took advantage of two senior citizens and who knows how many others you have ripped off. I will be contacting your corporate office and making a complaint with the BBB.

I've gone there short and cash before I needed to pawn stuff and I feel they're very reasonable with their offers they have to take the time to look it up and see the value and they'll show you whatever you're looking at and give you a fair offer in my opinion.

They denied letting me pawn an object that I had pawned here multiple times. And then told me that it was only pawned there once for less. They gave me paperwork to SELL my item and not pawn it. Not trustworthy

Yeah I've seen tools in there before I don't see why they wouldn't any other pawn shop will take them. I bought used drills from there before.

I've tried to get prices via phone before I've been not successful stuff you trying to get loans or sell on just something that they need to see first and see what kind of condition it's in see if it has all the attachments and all that stuff so they can give you a fair offer that's just been my experience in the past with any pawn shop.
Electronic stuff like that they going to need to see first. I guess it would probably depend on if it's locked or unlocked where is it manufactured for a couple different things came up and down. I'm going to call the store to see if they will take it for after you go in
