Fantastic meat market conveniently located just outside of Riverpark area. Great quality steaks and sausage. They have amazing jalapeño poppers that are ready to throw in the grill. Surprisingly great wine selection as well. I really enjoy their wide variety of sauces and rubs. If you’re there during lunch, grab a tritip sandwich and enjoy.

If have to say everything really impressed
Hand sanitizer is available, staff ensure customers wear mask appropriately, face shields on staff with masks worn, plexiglass barriers around work stations and cash registers. Social distancing markers throughout the store.
I believe brisket is from the same part as the tri-tip, just cut and trimmed differently.
I would say if they do..it will be fresh. Give the call in the am.
WE HAVE CHOICE AND PRIME GRADE PRIME RIB ROAST ALONG WITH ALL THE REST OF HOLIDAY ROAST SUCH AS CROWN RIB ROAST, TENDERLOINS ETC.
Yes! You tell them how thick. We smoke ours whole then slice it, so scrumptious
