This is the last place you would want to visit. A worker by the name Jeanette Shiman age 55 has access to everybody full information including California ID , social security number that has ever attended there. She has been printing out everybody's info so that her & her son Christopher sterling shiman age 35 could open & collect large amounts of money off of edd fraudulent accounts under patients names. They've been using 450 w Springville Dr #221 & 285 w willow ave #5 both in Porterville ca 93257 along with other relatives addresses. They are both currently living at the willow address, Acouple of people have already complained but no action has been taken by BAART PROGRAM OR THE PPD. IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM SPEAK UP & REPORT IT. The BAART Program is to help people while there down on there luck get better not so they can allow theafs steal there information for there gain.. may good be with the victims

AGAIN THIS IS WHY I HATE SMALL TOWN PEOPLE! ITS 9:30 ON THANKSGIVING GOOGLE PAGE SAYS THEIR OPEN AND THEY ARE CLOSED! NO ONE AT THIS CLINIC IS PROFESSIONAL OR KNOWS WHAT THE WORD TRULY MEANS! EVEN THE PERSON RUNNING THIS PLACE IS A STEP RIGHT OUT SIDE THE TRAILER! This place is a real joke! Bay mark needs to come do a unannounced audit and closed this place down! I don't know how any of them got their certifications! If any of you ever been to a one with actual professionals you come back and laugh at them, because you would see them as clowns

I highly recommend this clinic for those seeking treatment from opioid addiction. While I believe there are those who do take advantage of what this program has to offer, THE HELP IS THERE FOR THOSE WHO TRULY WANT IT, BAART helped me get my life back.
