Cheapest Around Deer Processing

My husband took a 180 lb field dressed buck here and only received 18.14 pounds of meat. I understand bone and fat weigh a lot but he should of gotten a lot more meat.! When he called and questioned it the answer from the owner was that they don't do anything with the ribs they throw them away. Will never go back here again!!!

I brought in doe dressed out at about 120 lbs. I got back less than 20 lbs of meat. They said it was due to one of the shoulders was too damaged to process. This is ridiculus if not dishonest. There is no way even 3/4 of a deer this …

Not impressed to say the least. There’s a reason why they call it “the cheapest deer around”. Next time I’ll pay an extra $20 to have a professional do it. Tons of deer hair and jerky I got was so burnt it poked holes in the vacuum sealed bag upon sealing. Would not recommend this business to anyone. 120$ is not a good deal!
